RAPID CITY – The Second Annual Gathering of People, Wind and Water art market and cultural celebration will take place in the heart of downtown Rapid City, South Dakota today, Saturday, July 19.

Various Native music artists will provide a free concert on stage.

Frank Waln will perform at 7:30 p.m. live on stage. Waln’s performance will be filmed for an upcoming music video.

Rapid City Frank Waln ConcertThe event is a great venue for established and emerging Great Plains Native artists to sell their Native artwork and promotes intercultural dialogue through demonstrations by tribal members of regalia making, storytelling, flute making, and performances of all types.
