LOS ANGELES — The Los Angeles Rams and Pechanga on Friday announced a one-year partnership that names Pechanga Resort Casino as the official Indian casino of the Los Angeles Rams. The partnership will cross promote the two large franchises and bring new and important philanthropic events to the Southern California region.
“The Los Angeles Rams represent such a storied franchise,” said Jared Munoa, President of the Pechanga Development Corporation. “We are thrilled to join forces with a team that brought a Super Bowl run back to Los Angeles and has made such a deep commitment to the broader Southern California community. This partnership will help us provide exclusive VIP experiences for our Pechanga guests while also engaging fans before, during and after games.”
“Pechanga shares our commitment to give back to our neighbors and we are looking forward to developing meaningful programs with them to inspire Angelenos to shine bright,” said Jason Griffiths, Rams VP of Partnerships. “We are excited to welcome Pechanga to our family of partners and to work with them to enhance game days for our fans.”
The one-year agreement gives Pechanga access to desired, in-stadium seating areas during games at the LA Memorial Coliseum, the ability to develop a variety of VIP events with the team, a halftime presenting sponsor, and media presence in the Rams’ radio and television channels before and after games.
The agreement also establishes a solidified promise by Pechanga and the Rams to embark on new philanthropic events to serve those in need in the Southern California region.
Pechanga has longstanding partnerships with Angels Baseball and the Los Angeles Lakers, as well as carries naming rights to the Pechanga Arena San Diego. These relationships also serve the community by offering the Hoops for Troops program with the Lakers, support of the Angels Baseball Foundation, and the extension of the Angels Back to School event to kids in the Inland Empire.
