FBI Offers $10,000 Reward for Information about Missing Native Woman in Washington State

YAKIMA, WASHINGTON — The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is offering a $10,000 reward for information that leads to Felina Blanch Metsker, 33, an American Indian woman, who has not been seen since March 25, 2016.
Metsker was last seen between 2 and 3 p.m. on Friday, March 25 in Harrah, Washington.
Metsker has brown hair, black eyes, is 5-feet 6-inches tall, weighs 180 pounds, and has a tattoo on her inner left arm, according to the FBI.
The FBI is working closely with the Yakama Nation Tribal Police in the “suspicious” circumstances of Metsker’s disappearance.
Law enforcement says Metsker was sleeping inside a trailer at that time. She was reported missing on April 1, 2016 to authorities and that is when they say they responded to the missing person’s report and possible crime scene at the trailer.
Some blankets and a plastic window covering was also reported missing from the trailer where Metsker was last known to be, say federal agents.
“Ms. Metsker’s family deserves to know what happened to their loved one, and someone in the community possesses the critical clues. The FBI is offering a substantial reward to the person who can help solve this case,” said Senior Supervisory Resident Agent William Leahy.
Anyone with information regarding Metsker’s whereabouts and what happened surrounding her disappearance is asked to please contact the local FBI office in Seattle at 206-622-0460 or to contact the nearest American Embassy or Consulate.
A monetary reward usually motivates individuals to the truth. This might be a new move by families of crime victims towards their pursuit of justice. Hoping for a fruitful outcome for this lovely young lady so precious to many.
