Advocates 

StrongHearts is seeking qualified full-time advocates. Advocates respond to incoming calls and chat sessions from victims and survivors of domestic violence, advocates, the general public, and service providers and provide crisis intervention, referrals, information, and problem-solving to all callers.

Based at our call center in Eagan, MN, this position is full-time (40-hour/week. Four 10-hour shifts). Required meetings may necessitate attendance during hours outside of the regular schedule. Competitive pay. 100% employer-paid health insurance including vision and dental available after the first 60 days, retirement plan available after one year, and generous vacation package.

This position requires a high level of empathy and sensitivity to all incoming helpline calls, as well as high-level communication skills. Some computer experience is a plus, specific training provided. Advocacy experience not required. Connect with people and help your community. Opportunity for advancement to a supervisory position.

Advocate Shift Leads

StrongHearts is seeking qualified full-time advocates shift leads. Advocates respond to incoming calls and chat sessions from victims and survivors of domestic violence, advocates, the general public, and service providers and provide crisis intervention, referrals, information, and problem-solving to all callers. The shift lead will act as a support and a shift supervisor to the rest of the advocates on the line. This requires supporting advocates after tough calls, monitoring calls, and debriefing with fellow advocates. 

Based at our call center in Eagan, MN, this position is full-time (40-hour/week. Four 10-hour shifts). Required meetings may necessitate attendance during hours outside of the regular schedule. Training Coordinator 

StrongHearts is seeking a qualified full-time training coordinator. The training coordinator is responsible for creating an advocacy curriculum, training all incoming advocates, working with services manager to ensure ongoing advocacy support and success, and maintaining the StrongHearts wellness program.
