Out of 72 Hotels, US News Ranks Twin Arrows Casino Resort the Top Destination
FLAGSTAFF, ARIZONA – Brian Parrish, Interim CEO of The Navajo Nation Gaming Enterprise (Navajo Gaming), is pleased to announce the ranking of Twin Arrows Navajo Casino Resort as number one out of 72 northern Arizona hotels for Grand Canyon travel. U.S. News based the honor on an unbiased analysis of awards, expert evaluations and recommendations, and user ratings.
“We are honored to receive this distinction and congratulate our team’s efforts which earned us the number one spot,” states Brian Parrish, Navajo Gaming Interim CEO. “At Twin Arrows, the featured artwork and symbolic architecture showcases the talent and rich history of the Navajo people while creating a distinct environment to enjoy our gaming, resort, conference center and restaurants.”
U.S. News & World Report, the global authority in rankings and consumer advice, evaluated more than 3,000 luxury hotels across the USA, the Caribbean (now including Havana, Cuba), Canada and Mexico.
“Out of 72 hotels, Twin Arrows Casino Resort stands out for exceptional quality,” said Erin Shields, travel editor at U.S. News. “Our rankings are designed to narrow down the perfect hotel for your vacation – whether it is on a beach, in a major city or in a remote location.”
Located 20 minutes east of Flagstaff, Ariz., Twin Arrows was recently awarded AAA’s coveted Four Diamond Award for its stunning architecture, customer satisfaction and infusion of Navajo culture into its architecture, amenities and decor. This is the property’s fourth year for the honor.
“Twin Arrows Navajo Casino Resort is committed to providing every guest with a personalized experience and attentive service in comfortable, high quality surroundings,” states Bryce Warren, Twin Arrows General Manager. “We hope that at every visit, this property exceeds the expectations of each valued guest.”
The resort was evaluated on its casino, 200-room hotel, multiple dining destinations – including the award-winning Zenith Steakhouse, indoor swimming pool, fitness center and amenities the resort offers. Of special note is the conference and convention center that entails a 9,000 square-foot banquet center with 25-foot ceilings, indoor and outdoor meeting spaces, VIP boardroom, complimentary valet and complimentary high-speed internet access.
“To be named number one is a tremendous honor and we congratulate each Twin Arrows team member,” states Quincy Natay, Chairman of the Navajo Gaming Board. “It was the team’s hard work and dedication that earned us this honor, and we are grateful for their service. We hope that the award will help more people learn about the only Navajo Resort in the world so they too can experience our stunning Twin Arrows Navajo Casino Resort.”
