Police Need Assistance in Locating Missing 10-Year-Old Aboriginal Girl in Regina

A family source has confirmed to Native News Online that Leslie Scott Stevenson has been found and is safe.

REGINA, SASKATCHEWAN — The Regina Police Service in Saskatchewan’s providence capital city, is asking the public for their help in locating a 10 year-old female who was last seen on July 30, 2015.

Ten year-old Leslie Scott STEVENSON, DOB: 2004/12/27, of Regina was last seen in Regina on the 1400 block Elphinstone Street at 14:00 hrs on July 30, 2015. She  is described as being an Aboriginal female, approximately 5′ 0″, with wavy shoulder length black hair, and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing black t-shirt and grey pants.

There is no reason to believe that the young girl has come to harm, however she is vulnerable because of her age and police need to locate her to ensure that she is safe.
