Man Accused of Abusive Sexual Contact with Minor on Pine Ridge Indian Reservation Arrested in Montana
Faces Extradition to South Dakota

GREAT FALLS, MONTANA — Frank Ray Gallardo, a.k.a. Frank Thunder Hawk, will be court today in Great Falls, Montana for a hearing to be extradited to South Dakota where is accused of sexually assaulting a child in Porcupine, South Dakota on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation earlier this year.
Gallardo was arrested last week according to the FBI. He was allegedly hiding in a house in Glacier County, Montana.
He is accused of “abusive sexual contact” of a child under the age of 12-years-old. The alleged sexual abuse occurred earlier this.
The FBI had issued the following alert about Gallardo:
Frank Ray Gallardo, a.k.a. Frank Thunder Hawk, is wanted for the alleged abusive sexual contact of a minor on two occasions in March of 2015.
Gallardo is alleged to have sexually abused an eight-year-old girl in the Porcupine, South Dakota, area of the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation.
On March 19, 2015, Gallardo was charged federally with abusive sexual contact of a minor by the United States District Court for the District of South Dakota, Rapid City, South Dakota, and a federal warrant was issued for his arrest.
If Gallardo is guilty he needs the death penalty!!!! Anyone who molests or rapes a child doesn’t deserve to live.
Rape of children, rape by drugs (Cosby-ed) or the elderly should be a Death Penalty, no bargaining, no sentence reduction, DEATH.
