LUMBERTON, NORTH CAROLINA — The 10th annual “Dance of the Spring Moon” Lumbee Spring Powwow begins today at the Southeast NC Agricultural Center in Lumberton, North Carolina.
Attendees can come out and enjoy American Indian drumming and dancing for three days – Friday, Saturday and Sunday (May 1 – 3, 2015). In addition, there will be vendors selling American Indian-made arts and crafts, as well as American Indian food.
Admission is: Adults – $8; Youth – $6 (6-12); Military – $5 with ID; Children under 5 are FREE; Sunday only – $5. A weekend pass may be purchased for $18.
The Dance of the Spring Powwow is hosted by the Lumbee Tribe of North Carolina.
