Authorities Seek Clues To Help Solve Carnegie, Oklahoma Man’s Death

WASHINGTON – The Bureau of Indian Affairs released the following statement late Tuesday afternoon:

“The Bureau of Indian Affairs, Office of Justice Services is investigating the homicide of Byron “Subee” Tongkeamah, Jr. and is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying anyone involved or with direct knowledge of what occurred. Tongkeamah was found deceased on Wednesday morning, September 12, 2018 in Carnegie, Oklahoma. Another victim was severely injured during the incident.  The attached reward flyer is for information leading to the successful prosecution of suspect(s) in the case.”
