SANTA FE — Accused rapist Redwolf Pope is now in a Santa Fe jail after losing his extradition fight from Phoenix where he has been jailed since his arrest on July 27, 2018.

He was booked in the Santa Fe jail on Tuesday, August 21, 2018.

Pope, who purported to be an American Indian and an attorney, is charged with raping unconscious women in Santa Fe, New Mexico and Seattle, Washington. He traveled between both cities.

He is being held without bond in the Santa Fe jail after prosecutors argued he represents a flight risk. Court documents say prosecutors argue Pope “has repeatedly victimized women … using an unabashed level of deception and predation.”
